My wife wanted to make arrangement to transfer the ownership of a policy. We were attended by a customer service officer named Hasif who was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. Hasif spent at least a good half an hour going through the necessary forms, helping us fill in where possible, and highlighted in yellow all the boxes that needed to be filled up. All questions that were raised were answered in detail and with a smile. Hasif is clearly an asset to AIA and our experience with this left us having a high regard for AIA Service in Tampines. Keep up the excellent work Hasif.
