Sofitel Singapore City Centre

This hotel is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Not only are the facilities clean and the location excellent, but the kindness of the hotel staff is incomparable to any other hotel. The service mindset doesn’t come from staff training but from a genuine care and consideration for the guests, which I felt every day during my five-day stay. My child must have felt comfortable enough to wave at all the staff. I am especially grateful to Rey, who warmed up my baby’s meals at every mealtime and was so kind to my baby. Thanks, Sofitel!

We really enjoyed the magical afternoon tea served in 1864. The food are super delicious! The staff in 1864 are all very good. John is special mention, constantly check on our table for our needs. The team member Wenz, Ben and Jeanette were good and attentive. Strongly recommended!

Great location, service better than usual 5 star hotels in Singapore, always greeted with a smile and remembered us as guests. Lounge drinks were decent. The only negative would be food needs a bit of work in both lounge and breakfast and breakfast staff isn’t as good as staff in other areas.
