I would not recommend this hotel for a family especially with young kids. The main elevators are out of service. We need to use the fire/service elevator which everyone can access with out an access card. On night, our room next door had a late party at night. They also got into a fight around 2:00 AM. Fortunately, my kids did not wake up in the middle of the night.

The location is fantastic if you're studying at INSEAD. I stayed here for almost 4 months as a student and I loved it. I love that the mall and the MRT are in one building. I felt at home, I was well taken care of by the staff. I can't recommend it enough!

Very dusty -- my allergies flare up. Quite dirty -- read the other reviews too. There is no couch, just a very uncomfortable ledge to sit on. The walls are so thin you can hear the neighbors go up and down the stairs. There is only one elevator. The TVs are not smart TVs. The Internet is slooooooowwww.
