It's pretty automated with regards to registrations, payments and appointments making. There are self help machine with assistants on hand to provide guidance should the need arise. They is also automated pharmaceutical collection where your prescription is placed into a box for your subsequent collection at your convenience. Staff that I've encountered are generally helpful and courteous. However it could get quite crowded on some days.

Very crowded place, i was lost and showed my paper to the security guard hoping he could tell me something, he saw it and immediately told me to goto level 3 and room number, very helpful. Staffs in level 3 are friendly and helpful too, got my xray done within 10mins

Nurse Ms Chan Joon Nee from emergency department is very friendly, helpful and meticulous. Efficiently working and check for my painful condition.
