Came here for a visa health check up. My experience was absolutely pleasant. I called on Monday and booked an appt for Thursday 3.30pm. Arrived at the reception with almost nobody there. Receptionist checked me in and off I went to the changing room. It has two cubicles and ample of robes. Because it was a quiet time, my number was called almost immediately after I went to the changing room. Was attended by a super friendly nurse called Jessie/ JC who took my blood, eye check and weight/ height. Post that, I went to see Dr Laura Kasenda who was also friendly and cheerful. Last stop was the radiology department. I was done after an hour. No hiccups and everyone was pleasantly welcoming. Recommend!

Went for a visa checkup on an early sat morning and the whole process took about an hour. Counter staff was pleasant and efficient and explained the procedure patiently. Dr Cheryl was nice and friendly, and so were the rest of the staff. Just a heads up for hijabis though, if you need to take an x-ray, its probably best to wear pants and bring a jacket as the robes provided are midi length and short-sleeved. Other than that no complaints at all. Plus point was that the total cost was cheaper than other clinics I checked!

Arrived at 1630hrs and was accepted though it was closing at 1700hrs. It could help the public by listing on any portals; Google etc that last acceptance could be no later than 1630hrs. The counter staff was accommodating and polite. Can’t recalled her name but one that wore spectacle. Also, doctor that examined me was meticulous and professional. On 19Dep2023
