I’ve been here 4 times in the past 3 months for GP consults and flu vaccination. Each visit went smoothly. The reception staff were pleasant and the doctors were patient and genuinely took the time to understand my medical history and issues. Completely different experience from the ratings I see on here.
Met Rejes who is a very helpful polite staff who assisted me on my first visit on bringing my helper for her check up on a Sunday afternoon.
She informed me on everything I need to know before I leave and make sure all is well. Hard to find a patience and kind staff nowadays especially in a clinic. Thanks for the service.
Dr Paul Tan's professionalism is worth commending. I visit the clinic late and close to their closing timing. But Dr Paul welcome me with a smile, took his time to listen to my situation. Doctors like him is kind of rare in the GP industry nowadays. This will be my go to clinic from now onwards. Thank you Dr Paul and his team!
