Raffles Medical Marina Bay Financial Centre

I came in for my health screening today and would just like to say that Nurse Hanisa was lovely from start to finish. She was very efficient, very kind towards all patients and made sure that patients had been attended to every step of the way. She registered me and then proceeded to take my blood and height and weight. She even went out of her way to check on my queue for xray and mammogram and made sure that the tests were done before my treadmill. She prepped me and told me that the entire screening would take 4 hours but because of her efficiency, it only took me 3 hours. I commend her service and warm personality.

Staff are highly caring, observant and careful. Medical checkup was completed here and the staff are very detailed in checking and ensuring it was done precisely as required. Glad to have been greeted with warm smiles and kind gestures in the clinic. Thank you staff and doctors for making my day.

Special mention and many thanks to Dr Michael Lee and RMG MBFC team for arranging an urgent request for gastroscopy within 12 hours, ensuring that I got the next best available slot and was well equipped with pre-scope info. Great service rendered by the team. Thank you.
