HMI OneCare Clinic Boon Lay

This clinic is sustained by locum doctors, which makes it a "hit or miss." This is my 2nd time here and the experience is very good. The locum doctor's name is Dr. Chow Yong Sheng. Previously, I was seen by a Dr. Tey, and that experience was very bad. In summary, "hit or miss" depending on who the locum doctor is. You could call ahead and check who the locum doc is on duty, and see if you've seen that locum doc previously.

The lady doctor was thorough and patient, taking the time to clearly explain the issue and address our concerns. Dr Dinesh is very caring, professional and he gives good advice! Wanted to seek advice and get medication before my upcoming traveling. His clinic doesn't have the specific drug that suit me, but he provided a very good and detailed counselling. He also directed me to pharmacy store with available medication. This is the first time I felt that my consultation fees worth its price.
