I visited Dr Lawrence Tan at the clinic during lunch time, about 1.30 pm. All the other clinics I checked online close for lunch but not this clinic. Dr Tan seems to work through lunch hours. A very hard working Dr indeed. The experience at the reception was pleasant. Dr Lawrence was excellent. He was very thorough in investigating my condition and very friendly during our conversations. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs to consult a Dr.

This is my second time to see Dr Terrance Tan, he is very patient and friendly doctor. Not like others, Dr Tan takes pride in his work, he shows his professionalism during medical assessments and gives constructive advice every time my visit. Best doctor!

My daughter's favorite doctor. :) My daughter is very shy girl but doctor lawrence makes her feel comfortable. The wait time is a bit long but totally understandable since Doctor Tan always take his time to understand each and every patient's condition.

Today, I accompanied my wife to Faith Clinic Bedok for a consultation with Dr Stanley Low regarding a persistent issue with her toe. Upon examination, Dr Low diagnosed it as an abrasion. I informed him that this problem has been ongoing for approximately one and a half months without improving, and I asked for his professional opinion on why it was not healing despite the duration. To my great disappointment, Dr Low responded in an unprofessional and rude manner, stating "ask her body about it" – a comment that came across as sarcastic and dismissive of our concerns. This is in stark contrast to the excellent, respectful care we have received from all other doctors our family has consulted with at various clinics, who have always been attentive and willing to address our questions thoroughly. Additionally, only a topical cream was prescribed for the condition, and we were charged $40 for the consultation and medication. Given the lack of proper explanation for the prolonged issue and the unprofessional communication, we feel this was not satisfactory care. We hope the clinic management will look into this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure all patients receive respectful, comprehensive care moving forward. - Abdesh Singh Reply
