It has been a long time since I visited a polyclinic; I recently moved to the area and decided to try it again. I had a good experience. I managed to book an appt for 11.50 am the night before. I went for consultation, took some blood and went for a nurse consultation. All with medicine collection and payment done in an hour. Special thanks to Doctor Rebecca Yue, her senior and nurse Bernard for explaining my medical symptoms and instructions so clearly and patiently.

The Staff from this clinic never fail to help their patients no matter how busy they are.From Registration till dispensing of medicine , it’s a smooth sailing process. I have been to clinics where they turn down patients when overwhelmed however this clinic ensures patients are reviewed timely. Staff are also friendly and always smiling when attending to patients . Keep it up and good job .

I booked an appointment for the dressing of my father's operation wound. Despite the complicated nature of the wound, the 2 nurses (I didn't get their names) who attended to him have been very patient and professional throughout. They even called in the doctor (Dr Wong YL) for second opinion with regards to his wound. After we left, Dr Wong contacted the specialist on our behalf to seek help for my father. Really appreciate the help we received from the staff of Choa Chu Kang Polyclinic.
