Sri Arulmigu Murugan Temple is the most famous deity for South Indians, along with Lord Ganesha and Kalliamman, Lord Shiva, and Nine Planets. They perform health screening, a monthly distribution of food, cash handouts, and bursaries for the needy. They celebrate five-day-long festival celebration, Diwali, Aswayuja Bahula Chaturdashi and Kartika Shudha Vijaya. At Navratri function, they conduct Shakti worship and dance programs.
