Room Hair Salon

I typically don’t write reviews, but I feel ROOM salon deserves it! This was my first visit to ROOM, and Tamami worked wonders on my hair. I absolutely love the non-bleach highlights, which are perfect for my work. Their “Cinderella” hair treatment made my hair smooth and shiny. She understood my concern from my past experience of faded hair dye from other salon which she assured me it would not be disastrous. Also, a big thank you to the entire ROOM team for making my visit so memorable as well (e.g. drinks, friendly) I look forward to my next appointment in Jan 2025 after I return from my wedding / honeymoon Cheers !

Expect nothing but 100% authentic Japanese service and hospitality here. I had Lei who cut and coloured my hair, and it was perfect. The hair wash was very comfortable. Besides the great hair that she gave me, the salon was very cosy and you can enjoy a good cup of coffee/juice/tea (Okinawa specialties for some of their beverage) on the house with a small treat. Every thing was done effectively and efficiently. Please be punctual as well! Lei has since returned to Japan in Oct 2024 but the resident hairdresser, Emiko is equally, if not more awesome!!! Her haircutting skills and choice of colour is impeccable! I love it!!! All I know is that I can always count on Room Salon to give me the best hair!!!

My husband and I have been getting our haircuts with Tamami-san since their Amoy days. The haircuts are exactly what we want. Tamami-san is friendly yet non-intrusive; she makes us feel comfortable here.
