My first time trying out this hair salon and it was great. I would visit again. Sean was very patient, a good listener, friendly and warm, and understod my hair concerns and wants. He was great with suggestions and even showed me photos and examples of proposed styles and hair colours to help me decide and so I had a good idea what to expect. He has a great sense of proportion and style and the eventual cut was actually pretty fabulous because it framed my face really well, made me look less round, and gave my hair more volume. The colour was also fantastic. It suited my skin tone, made me look younger, and was not too loud.

Have been to Tiong Bahru outlet for couple of years now. Chris Tan is very meticulous and rest of the team are attentive & friendly. Have always experienced prompt service, though I recommend to place appointments online especially during peak hours. Overall a pleasant experience, consistency in service and variety of good valued hair treatments available.

Usually I only get my hair cut every 2 years or so because I've been uncomfortable with my experiences elsewhere, but I'll definitely be going back real soon. My stylsit Derrick took really great care of my hair and gave me super good recommendations. The interiors are clean and updated, and the chairs are super comfy too. Genuinely one of the best experiences I've had!
