I recently took my girlfriend to District 19 Hair Salon in Sengkang for a full hair makeover, which included a haircut, digital perm, hair dye, and treatment. We were fortunate to have Deslyn as her stylist, whose expertise and advice were exceptional! Deslyn’s was very meticulous and gave a haircut that perfectly complemented my girlfriend’s features. The digital perm gave natural-looking curls that added a fresh vibrancy to her style and the chosen hair dye harmonized really well with her new look. The treatment also left her hair feeling really soft and healthy. Deslyn’s proficiency and attention to detail made the entire experience really enjoyable and comfortable!
