Have been a regular of District 19 since I moved to Sengkang. I always look for Willey as she's extremely professional, friendly, and does a great job with my hair. I was hesitating to get a Korean wave perm, but she tried to share her insights objectively and answered all of my clarifications professionally. I got my hair done by Denton thrice and I’m always so so so happy with the result. He is always meticulous and the results never disappoint. Visit them if you are looking for a salon that not just wants to earn your $ but put in the 101% for you to step out of the salon feeling good in your new hair.
