Virgin Active has been my go-to fitness haven, and I can't praise my trainer, Jimmy, enough. From bouncing back after an injury to unraveling core fitness forgotten basics like bracing and tempo, Jimmy's been the MVP. His patience and hands-on guidance, not to mention those regular check-ins, make every workout feel like a tailored experience. Whether it's a morning boost or an evening wind-down, Virgin Active, with Jimmy on the team, is the perfect place to be.

I joined virgin active last year and till now I have enjoyed every single class I have attended. I love grid training classes . A big shout out to Suffian who is very responsible and friendly. His grid training classes are always fun and he gently pushes you to your best. I highly recommend his classes. You never get bored there.
