Friendly staffs - especially bubbly Mei Ling, always greet us with a smile . Classes are well conducted by enthusiastic instructors. There are many levels of exercise classes to suit your needs . Instructors Debra, Eran , AK, Angela are all wonderful. Packages are also affordable compared to many other chains. Will continue to support.

I have been with TF for almost 8 years. It is decent and well equipped gym different group classes. Staff is especially helpful especially Mei Ling, thanks for always being attentive and helpful.
