Came with my friend and both know nothing about gym equipment. Gym Staff gentleman Mr. Kamal guided us how to use the treadmill and demo on other equipment. It was a good experience, will come again soon
Amazing, clean new gym facilities. Got shower too, though the female shower is a bit too dimly lit and shower heads are way too high up.
Good viewing of nature plants and flowers. Can cycling and taking a stroll there as an exercise.
