Big specious gym with a good number equipment both in aircon and external space. Have a studio for group exercise classes conducted by experience, friendly lady trainer who really cares to help participants the proper tactic/posture of performing various tracks that day be it strength (or resistance) exercises. Making you feel welcomed and loved. Thereafter can relax/swim in the lap pool overlooking the sea of Labrador Park. Comes with jacuzzi too.
Helpful staffs, swimming pool included, variety of gym equipments.
Liya was very friendly and welcoming. Seeing her at the FoH lightens my day.
