The gym is well equipped and spacious. There are a variety of gym equipments. The showers are also well clean. My personal trainer, Eric is very patient in guiding me the different workouts. He always encourages me to push pass my limits. He has also taught me a lot on nutrition knowledge. I would highly recommend him.
The gym in metropolis is clean and spacious. Personal gym trainer, Eric, was patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the techniques to engage different muscles groups. He also encourages us to push ourselves in every training to ensure that it’s productive. His instructions were easy to follow as well. Overall, it was nice having him as my personal trainer. Highly recommend him if you do consider personal training.
Very hygienic and cozy gym near buona vista station. The receptionists are really friendly. I was coached by my Personal Trainer Michael Cham, he knows a lot and very accomodating.
