I absolutely love this gym! The place is spacious and bright, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The trainers here are very professional and attentive. The class sizes is just nice, the trainers is able to observe each individual and provide timely corrections. This level of detailed guidance makes me feel very confident. Moreover, the gym's atmosphere is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and encouraging, which really motivates me to keep working out. The cleanliness is top-notch as well, with well-maintained facilities that always feel clean and hygienic. Overall, this is an excellent gym, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness levels!.

Did the 2 week trial here, the trainers were all very welcoming and encouraging. The exercises are mostly easy to learn once the trainers go through them at the beginning of each class, and they will always come and help you whenever you're unsure.
