F45 Training Jurong West

I’ve been a member of F45 Jurong West for almost a year. This is my 4th F45 and my favourite F45 club. The owner and trainer Dhyaanesh is very kind and a great trainer. Shami the other owner and in charge of admin is very responsive. They have other amazing trainers like Jay and Aiz who always fast to assist and give positive feedback and push you during your session as well. F45 JW also organise gatherings as well for time to time to interact with other members as well.

It's been a real pleasure working out at F45 Jurong West Dhyaanesh and his team are always the best in supporting ensuring you're training safely and also making sure you're challenged during your workout! Looking forward for more session!.
