I love the gym, people and energy that this gym gives me. Extreme fitness is one of the best gyms I’ve joined. My personal trainer is Shawn. He is very experienced, gives motivation and I wouldn’t think of changing my training to anywhere else. I would highly recommend this gym if you’re looking to keep fit or start a new fitness routine or programme.
