A very good gym with alot of free weights and cardio machines and a good cross fit and rock climbing section. The addition of free barbells is good for doing excercises without needing to share. And the gym is very spacious. People complain about how the machines are broken and are bad but you should not use machines because they're just worse versions of free weights and make you a lazy bodybuilder. And take out the stability demands of an excercise.
Love .. love.. love.. this gym. Spacious and feels like a little village of its own.
Perfect place to have a kick about with kids. With shelter too.
