Spacious gym equipped with many workout machines, tend to be pack during peak hours as it’s at an interchange. It’s a 5-10min walk from Bishan MRT, good pre-workout warm up. Was humoured by the amount of bags piling on the floor space on a busy weekday night. Keep training peeps!!.
The environment is good and the venue is big enough. There are many people there at night. It is next to the parking lot.
This is one of the most spacious activesg gym around, and they even have a full rack!.
