Smartbed Furniture @ Bukit Batok

Being in a quiet area of Bukit Batok, Smartbed had done a great job at advertising their location with various banners, LED board outside the building. Even their marketing on social media was attractive enough to get our attention. When we arrived, we were warmly welcome by the staffs and were promptly attended by Jay. Jay was patient, knowledgeable, customer-orientated by catering to our budget and needs in finding the perfect bed. What we love most was his sales approach of going through different components - size, mattress, headboard, material and also allowing us to have a feel of the bed. He also took the time to show and explain to us about other furnitures and packages for our future consideration. Overall, we were legitly super impressed by this whole experience and the variety of furnitures' features available at Smartbed that we will definitely come back for more purchases. Keep it up.
