Was served by Alvin. We were initially very hesitant about buying the mattress and spent a good 2 hours there. Alvin, however, patiently answered all our questions without complaints. Has very good product knowledge. He was very accommodating with our requests and went to serve us. Would definitely recommend this store to others.
