Excellent service and quality of product. It’s great that the showroom showcase their quality. Alex was very helpful from beginning to end. It was a seamless process from customising our wardrobe to confirming the design and finally the delivery. The wardrobe came installed and thankfully could fit in the lift. The installers were very professional and careful.

Custom made 2 study desks and 3 utility cabinets and was well made to my requirements. Really like the flexibility that I can design the furniture according to my needs. Friendly and helpful staff too. And also comes with non-toxic finishing.

Really satisfied with my Chase desk! Dropped by the showroom where the staff were quick to answer questions and show me the various desks and customisation options I asked for. Anyone looking for a solid desk should seriously consider getting one from them.

Posting a review before the resolution is provided given the danger I was put in with the installation on 3 Nov. Short version : installer didn’t install wall mounted cupboard and shelves correctly and it almost fell off the wall as soon as books were put on the shelf. Wrong product provided (the shelves given were floating shelves instead of shelves with L brackets at first), and shelf not installed level to the wall. Long version: context is I customised a computer desk years ago with this company. I thought they did a good job (no complaints wood is solid. At most the only complaint is that they don’t help with customisations a practical solution, they will just follow your instructions). Decided to get a solid wood bed frame and wall shelves for my home. Their wood is certified formaldehyde free and such so I trusted them more. Bed frame seems ok. The installer only spoke in mandarin and my mandarin isn’t good. He mentioned something about the wrong shelves but I misunderstood him, because I had prior comms with the team and they misremembered the length of the shelves. Didn’t realise he meant he took the wrong type of shelves to deliver to me. Then when installing the wall items no leveller used. Didn’t see the circular sticky patches used to stick the cupboard on the wall. Didn’t notice the silicon pumped into the holes on the wall. He said something about waiting 1-3 days to dry when we asked why the floating shelves could be wiggled. Didn’t realise he wanted us to wait 1-3 days for the cupboard too. Put books on the cupboard (I’ve had wall mounted things done before, I’ve never needed to wait for anything to “dry”). A few hours later realised the entire cupboard was sliding off the wall. Had to use tape to make it stay on the wall until they could come the next day to take it down. At this point I didn’t trust them at all to rectify the issue. Called another handyman to reinstall. Handyman told me the hole drilled was way too big for the wall plug and nail used. The guy then probably tried to use silicon or glue into the hole in hopes to make the wall plug stay in place. Hence the ask to wait 1-3 days. Had to get someone to also repaint my entire wall because of the paint ripped off the walls. The sales person did apologise to me and will try to get me compensation for this (not yet received). He said the installer is new and this job is supposed to be a simple one. They did offer to come down and rectify the installation, but how can I trust them again after this? I’m more concerned on the safety of this, a bit shocked that they can send out a new installer to do work on his own with 2 other people who don’t know how to install furniture. Funniest thing is that I had them help me install extra items to the wall and all of those were fine (tested sturdiness and all are solid). So it’s only the MySeat installation that went wrong. I requested for them to inform all their customers who had installation done with this installer and give me proof for me to feel assured that no accidents happen. Haven’t seen the proof yet. I’m lucky that we caught the cupboard falling in time so no one was hurt (my MIL is staying in that room). I don’t want to imagine what would happen if it did fall. This thing is solid wood and would really hurt someone. Other reviewers mention the quality of construction isn’t good. I can’t tell if the cupboard quality was impacted because it was coming off the wall and glued to the wall. But I can see the workmanship is a bit poor where the joints are. If I can update on what the company does after this I’ll update my review. Kinda regret going to them, maybe Scanteak would have been better. Cost of fixing all of this + the time off I had to take costs more than the cupboard and shelves. - J Reply
