We had a great experience buying from Modern space living! The seller is always very responsive through pre sales to post sales. Although they do not have a showroom, they are always happy to show pictures of the actual product to get a better visualisation of the product and would provide their recommendations. We loved what they to offer on their website and prices are reasonable! We ordered a Bedframe, Beside tables and TV console. When the products arrived, the TV console had a defect and they proceeded to order a replacement for us. However, we had a change in mind as we realised that the TV console was not suitable. They were happy to recommend a suitable one and allowed us to change the TV console. Thank you so much for everything, we love the items which have been delivered.
Purchased two units of bedside table. The response to my WhatsApp product enquiry was almost immediate though it was after 10pm. Products were delivered earlier than expected. Received in good condition n delivery staff was friendly n efficient. Overall a pleasant experience n a satisfied customer.
The delivery staff is really good and very detailed in assembling our furnitures. Furnitures is very good quality. I strongly recommend them.
