Communication was fast and I was kept updated on different timings of delivery and if there was an earlier date available they would update me. Delivery the day was earlier than expected. The 2 guys who brought up the bookshelves were friendly and fast. They seem happy. Great to have cheery delivery. product was assembled and in good quality for the price. Its good value.
