Visited the showroom and staff were helpful in answering questions. I didn’t feel intimidated or pressured to purchase on the spot. Decided to make my purchase online and delivery was arranged very quickly. Although there was an issue with the piece that was delivered, Adrian from Journey East was very quick in responding and offering a solution. Truly impressed with the customer service! Product is also of high quality and very beautiful. Highly recommend everyone to have a look at their showroom.

Just visited and bought a throw - other furniture not suitable for us at the moment but we will keep looking! The selection is eclectic and the showroom was full of pleasant surprises. Kudos to the team for curating such an international and refreshing range of items all under one roof. Look forward to coming back whenever new items are added to their collection.

Good selection of furniture but the customer service is much to be desired. We had reserved a dining table pending their representative sending us another option of the same batch of dining table. Sadly, we got a message from the rep saying the table we had a hold on was sold and the 2nd option is not to our liking. This could have been dealt with completely differently.
