Ordered a rattan swing chair which was delivered and installed within 3-4 days. Had some reservations initially about ordering from this online shop as the only contact was a WhatsApp number but the staff was very responsive even on the weekend. The installation personnel came punctually and was clearly very experienced with putting up the swing chair. Very impressed by the level of service and would highly recommend them. Will definitely not hesitate to purchase from them in future.

Wow! Incredible customer service. We have been looking for some outdoor furniture for some time, and came across Hemma recently. After some very responsive whatsapp messages, they offered to drop off one of the items for us to view the very next day. We loved it, and they offered to leave the chair with the rest delivered the very next day. Very easy online payment, and super good customer service. Sturdy and spacious. Seller was very responsive and delivery was within a week which is considered was very fast considering Circuit Breaker period. Now our house is more tidy can put bags inside and have an extra bench to sit together to dine together. So happy!
