I had contacted their what’s app hotline and the staff was very prompt in replying me and also suggested an alternative product that was available. Subsequently, Rafael from the sales department contacted me and arranged my invoice and delivery quickly within the same day. The delivery was quick and I’m very happy with the product! We have visited the Comfy showroom at Sin Ming a few times and have finally chosen the Issac sofa. Sales person Kent has been so helpful in explaining the different types of sofa and assist us with the buying procedures. Fuss free transaction , highly recommend.

Staff was very patient and friendly when explaining and letting us test a sofa bed. The bed was also very comfy. It is easy to use and our first house guest loved it.
