Cancan is amazing, Gabriel is amazing. Cancan not only provides exquisite and versatile furnitures but also truly exceptional customer service. I gave Cancan a super 5-star review almost a year ago for their amazing customer service and furnitures. Today, I follow up with another one to tell everyone of another customer service excellence by Gabriel. I had an issue with my beautiful coffee table and Gabriel came to assess it quickly and offered various solutions for it including a replacement of a brand new one under their warranty. The new set came the very next day. In today’s world, many businesses could sell but few have excellent customer service and even fewer would standby their warranty during awkward situation. Cancan is steadfast in everything and I highly recommend giving Cancan a go for your next furniture shopping.

I would like to commend Gabriel from Cancan for his truly exceptional service. We started our furniture purchase quite late, and Gabriel went above and beyond to support us. He proactively offered to provide a loan bench so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced, and when I later realised we had selected the wrong colour tone, he kindly helped to arrange an exchange. What really stood out was his willingness to extend his service well beyond the point of payment. In many cases, service tends to stop once a purchase is completed, but Gabriel remained attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful post-sale. I am very grateful for his support and professionalism, and he made our experience with Cancan a very positive one. Highly recommended.
