Woodlands Memorial

Woodlands Memorial staff had been very prompt in their service and professional in advising us during this difficult time. The hall is huge and facilities are very modern, with 3 LCD screens for us to display photos of our beloved father and a donation collection system with a safe that need not been manned, which helps cut down on our stress during this time. The hall is beautiful and clean, well equipped with a room for the family to rest that has a bedroom, 2 sofa beds, shower with towels for family members to stay overnight comfortably. If needed, we may also lock the facility and access anytime. The drinks are free flow and there is a wonderful hot drinks dispensor that dispenses different kinds of drinks. It is a little far off from our homes but they provide very clear instructions and even shuttle bus service for those who use public transport. We were glad we chose this place to honor and send off our beloved father.

Sunny and team from Trinity Casket has been very helpful especially during the days 15th to 19th Dec. As we have been up since pass mid night from hospital. He suggested to keep mom for a day at Trinity Casket so that we could rest and also save a day's cost. The setup of flower arrangements, backdrop was pleasant. We are happy with the support given.
