We contacted Nikki on 17 Jun to plan the funeral for my father in law. It was a very last minute plan as he passed away unexpectedly. Nikki provided extremely good service by coming down to the hospital personally at 3am to liaise with us on the logistic preparation for the wake etc. She helped to book the venue for the wake and coordinated a lot of the items required throughout the 3 day wake. We are also pleased with the quick turnaround to send us schedule and the wake details for us to send to our friends and family. She went above and beyond to be with us during this difficult time and we are definitely touched by her kind and thoughtful gesture throughout these 3 days. Thank you!

Nikki was very helpful with the execution and set up of the funeral despite the sudden notice. Straightforward and unlike others that have numerous hidden costs, she was very upfront and we appreciate her help through this tough time. I would highly recommend their services should the need ever arise.
