Leon and his team have shown to be professional and patient when guiding us throughout the cultural processes. Leon looked into our concerns and queries and responded promptly. In addition, he would advise us and provide constructive suggestions. Also, he dropped by daily to ensure everything was in good order. The package that Casket Fairprice offered is transparent with no hidden cost. The buffet catered (Kian Seng Culinary) was delicious and food portion was generous. We requested for ???? and we are glad that Leon managed to engage ???? to perform the ritual. It was beautifully performed and we think our mum will be pleased and satisfied. Casket Fairprice (Rachel) responded to my call in the middle of the night and sent over a very professional advisor (Yuru) within an hour to understand the family’s requirements and put everything into motion with very minimal intervention by family. From funeral planning to engagement to knowledge in religious rituals to MC and all staff’s professionalism to last minute changes and requests, Casket Fairprice excelled in every aspects of the funeral proceeding. For the demise of my mother, we engaged Casket Fairprice for their funeral arrangement services. Our person in charge was Xavier- he was very helpful and provided detailed explanation on the procedure. Everything was smooth. We are thankful for their services. Highly recommended. To add on they have a resident chonky cat and he is very cute and provided us a good source of comfort. The kitty was with us at the venue.
