My personal benchmark here is still the Macadamia butterfly pea, which remains my all time favourite. It delivers a rich, nutty, buttery macadamia base with gentle floral notes from the butterfly pea, finished with a touch of salt. The natural blue hue adds to the experience, but it is the creamy texture that truly stands out. This visit, I opted for the seasonal Valhorna sea salt cookies and cream. While pleasant enough, the vanilla and cookies combination did not quite leave the same impression. One detail worth highlighting is the thyme cone, baked continuously at the counter. The wafer is sturdy without being heavy and holds up well without going soggy. For those looking ahead, there are also take home gelatos available. In conclusion, this Birds of Paradise outlet delivers consistency, thoughtful craftsmanship, and a few standout flavours that keep me coming back, even if not every seasonal special hits the same high note.

My sister brought me here to try Birds of Paradise, saying it was an amazing spot, so I definitely had to give it a shot. I immediately fell in love! I absolutely appreciate how they twist the flavors to be so unique and different from other ice cream shops. I tried their bestsellers the White Chrysanthemum and the Strawberry with Basil and the combination was outstanding. I truly couldn't have imagined how perfectly balanced and delicious those two flavors would be together. I will definitely be coming back here again soon!

Food & Taste: Excellent tasting ice cream with many different novelty flavours. The cone is also spectacular. Worth it. Place: The place doesnt have many place to sit and enjoy the ice cream but you can walk around the mall while enjoying it. Service: Great!
