Makansutra Gluttons Bay

Gluttons Bay is the most popular touristy hawker after Newton Food Center. I think it’s super clean, limited options so you don’t have to over think it and the taste is great. The best part is the views! You can take a walk along the bay after a meal. Best time to visit: Dinner Price: Expensive compared to hawker Best Store: A hawker that sells Italian towards you the end. I would highly recommend this hawker even if you’re not a tourist. Great food, views and ambience.

I went there for a company dinner and honestly didn't expect the food to be that good. Being vegetarian, I had the vegetable murtarbak, pizza margherita, truffle pasta and arugula salad, which are quite a decent amount of options compared to other hawkers I have been to. I also had the refreshing sugar cane juice as drink. The food was worth the price (despite being on the higher end) and the place has a fun, lively atmosphere. Vegetarian options: There are limited vegetarian options but they were all good.

One of the best places to dine with a view of marina bay. Has a wide selection of great food and drinks. Make sure to bring cash as some stalls do not accept cashless transactions. Satay, fried rice, and salted chicken are just some of their must-try!
