10/10 service. Ordered a bloom box for a friend but the ribbon and rose fell out during delivery. Emailed them to inform about the ribbon bc i didnt realize the rose wasnt there.. honestly just thought i would get a discount code (i rlly like their boxes). However didnt expect them to send a replacement within 2 hours(!!) and also apologized for the incomplete box. But i alr gifted my friend the flowers by then and i wasnt home so they just left the replacement flowers outside my door. Thank you so much! It may just have been standard customer service protocol but it really made my day.

Super satisfied with this florist. The bloom in a box is very unique and creative, which I found quite refreshing instead of an old-fashioned bouquet, and it was received well. Also it provides so.many option to customize beyond flowers. Highly recommended.
