I had a few questions and received incredibly prompt responses and helpful outcomes - I wasn't expecting to hear back from you on a Saturday, it was great service. I was also made aware that my note for the gift card didn't hold, which I was grateful that someone saw this and asked me. I appreciate your thoroughness, accessibility, understanding.

Have been purchasing gifts and hampers from them and needless to say, most 1 star reviews written here are either written by people who can't think, or people who are entitled and thinks the world belongs to them. I never had a problem with their deliveries and goods have always been received with PLENTY of shelf life. Do consider this company for any gifts/hampers needed, will definitely be continuing my support for them.

First time ordering, hamper were well pack. staff and service were friendly and good (as they make it happen as my request) delivery were on time and my family are happy with the hamper and bouquet! would purchase from here again.
