I would give 10stars if possible, 5 stars is underrated. Florita imo is one of the best seller I’ve ever met. I remember I used to go to the market to find flowers for my wife and its a pain. Choosing the right flowers and color combination requires skill. Right now with Florita, I am sure I will revisit to purchase for flowers for every other occasions! Very responsive and also genuinely passionate about flowers and customer service. She even hand write my birthday card to my wife! She accommodate to all my requests and I am thankful for that. Fuss free transaction as well. I will recommend to all my friends!

Extraordinary service! I rarely leave a review for a company but the level of service provided by Florita is worth complimenting. I placed an order for a mini Christmas tree and it was delivered within 2 hours - in excellent condition! Aside from this, my queries were answered promptly which makes ordering a breeze. Overall, it was a delightful and fuss free experience which left both the buyer and recipient really pleased. The tree is tastefully decorated and sooo beautiful to the extend the recipient is unwilling to take it out of the bag. Hahaha. Thank you very much for being so reliable and going the extra mile when you didn't have to. I highly recommend Florita and I am positive this will not be my last time engaging them!
