Was searching on Google for a florist that could help me put together a Hot Air Balloon with all the customized gifts provided by me. Not many shops that I enquired wanted to do it for me as they gave the reason they do not accept external items. But Floral Train was very enterprising and arrange a date/time for me to bring down my items/materials so they can put it together for a surprise birthday hamper for my boss.. Of course I had to pay for labour/materials required for the hamper. It was a win-win situation because I taught the 2 staff how to do the hot air balloons provided by me. We all had a nice time learning together from this experience.
