Had a really positive experience at this floral store recently. The staff were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about flowers. They provided me with some excellent advice on which flowers to choose for a gift and even gave me some tips on how to care for them. The prices were very fair considering the quality and freshness of the flowers. I was also impressed by their custom flower service and delivery options - a great touch for those of us who can't always make it to the store. I also found out they offer home installations and event services which is good to know for future reference. The store is located conveniently for anyone living in the east. I'm definitely planning on returning and would recommend this store to anyone looking for fresh, high-quality flowers and friendly, knowledgeable service.

Vivian is a polite, welcoming and earnest florist who patiently answered my questions about her bouquets. I got a lovely dried bouquet from her and my mum really loved it. Prices are below market rate. Definitely coming back!
