i have ordered through grabfood and the driver missed some of my orders, called subway asking why i had missing items, it was driver that didn’t give since reviewing CCTV footage in the store. Zac, the store manager went out of his way to provide me his phone number and that the next time i order, he would compensate it back to me which he did and very much gave good service, patience and kindness.
Most fastfood outlets in Joo Koon are surprisingly very good and Subway is no exception. Great service and great sub. Only con is it's getting expensive lately.
