McDonald's

Located just outside of the Lot 1 mall and it is situated at the extreme end. Quite a big and spacious outlet. Ample order machine counters, I have counter at least 6 of it. Despite the high volume of customers during peak hours, seats are normally still available. The place can still be considered clean The waiting time is slightly longer than other outlets due to the large number of orders. The staff are fast to clear the the mess on the table and send the food to customers.

Great outlet. Clean place. Efficient and friendly staff. There was a queue, as expected on Friday evening. But it moved fast and we could even get a table. I guess most people in the queue were for takeaway. I would urge people not to linger on the restaurant. Especially during peak periods. You know it is the peak period. You can see the long queue. It is really inconsiderate to do your homework on your laptop or scroll YouTube on your phone.

Honestly, due to many orders sometimes we riders unable to collect a.s.a.p so we have to wait for our orders to prepare by the Mac Donald staff. It could take much longer from 15-50 minutes. I could see many riders waiting for their order to prepare. I do not understand how the management is going to see this or not but if they do please make it a priority for the riders to able to collect their orders smoothly, or come up with new ways or system to make it easier for the riders and the Mac Donald staffs......cheers.
