Nice building, easy to go. near LRT n behind is Rivervale Plaza . Suggest and support to the club to create more activity for you. Make use of the area for residents.

New CC, its really nice premises. Classes in this CC are bit expansive but worth to go. I liked infra of this CC.

There are 2 badminton courts, commercial gym, and lot of other amenities.
