We called Wilson at 9pm due to a power trip in our HDB flat. Unlike other electricians who would immediately provide a fee quote, he very kindly directed us to our electrical riser outside and patiently explained to us how we could try solving the issue without him coming down. A very experienced and honest electrician. He guided me to do a few checks to narrow down the problem over the phone and it was my washing machine and not electrical problem causing the power trip. I do not have to waste money and time having him come and I thank him for that. Will definitely call WI on my next electrical problem.
