Experience a power trip on Sunday, after texting to engage an electrician. They got back to me within 20 mins. Appointment was made on 19 Dec. Technician Mr Guna was punctual and did a check in what had happened.
We ended up having one light fully replaced while the other light was working fine so he only changed the driver.
Mr Guna was patient and clear with his explanation and the customer support Ms Generose was prompt in responding to my queries.

Mr Aru, his service is good. He check the store-room bulb, and check the power supply box, and follow by switch wiring. And also he bring his bulb to test to identify the problem-solving quickly.
We come across not many technician like Mr Aru bring their bulb to test. This is the value-added service he did..
