The quality of work was excellent – he diagnosed my issue and identified the fault point to the faulty socket, explained and proposed a solution that involves replacing a different socket faceplate for direct connectivity. He is thorough and efficient, and careful after doing the replacement work to ensure things are functioning as should be.

Bala assisted me twice, first for the electrical inspection on my distribution board, and second helped me to replace 5 of my faulty halogen downlights with LED.
