Personally felt that this laundry is better than other well known laundry companies in Singapore. Cheaper too. Asked about a stain on a few of my clothing, and they replied that they would do their best to remove it for me. Came back 4 days later completely good as new. Also understand that the person who replies to messages is also doing the delivery as well, so it took some time to reply on WhatsApp.
Very good laundry service and delivery process by The Laundry Store. I have been using their service for the past 2 years. Our Regular Deliveryman Mr Soon is always very nice and on time. I can also message to check with him on the time if needed. Quality of laundry done is very good too especially ironing. Will recommend to use the Laundry Store service.
This is the first time i'm sending in my cushion covers and winter clothes for cleaning. The pick up and delivery was fast and they did a pretty good job. I'm actually happy and satisfied with the services. Thank you.
